The video game was based on the film The Hunchback of Notre Dame and features a collection of mini games based on the Festival of Fools that includes a variation of Balloon Fight. Tiertex adapted the game for SNES, Game Boy, and Super Game Boy, which were published by THQ. It was the second title in the company's GameBreak! series after GameBreak! Timon and Pumbaa's Jungle Games. The Hunchback of Notre Dame: Topsy Turvy Games is a game that was released in 1996 by Disney Interactive for Microsoft Windows and Game Boy.
